A graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, with additional studies at Pepperdine University School of Law, David combines a robust academic foundation with extensive practical expertise.<\/p><p>David\u2019s legal career includes serving as Past President of David Hammerquist Law Chartered, Past Vice President of Ringert Law Chartered and Past Chairman of the Idaho State Bar Business and Corporate Section Committee. He has also held roles such as Boise City Assistant Attorney and Corporate Counsel for a financial planning company. His diverse experience has made him a trusted advisor for businesses and individuals alike, with particular strength in corporate governance, business transactions, estate planning and complex civil litigation.<\/p><p>As a litigator, David has successfully represented clients in a variety of disputes, applying strategic thinking and practical solutions to achieve favorable outcomes. His reputation for professionalism and dedication extends to his leadership within the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, where he has served as Vice Chairman of the Small Business Advisory Council and as a member of the Transportation Committee. He has also contributed to his community as a board member for the Plantation Country Club and Boise Racquet and Swim Club.<\/p><p>In his free time, David enjoys traveling with his wife, spending quality time with his children and grandchildren, and pursuing his passion for golf.
