He represents individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies throughout Idaho in disputes involving contracts, real estate, employment, easement and boundary issues, and HOA conflicts, while also guiding clients through business formation, negotiations, and sophisticated contract drafting.<\/p><p>Drawing on courtroom experience and a background in technical communication, Miles crafts clear, enforceable agreements and delivers strategic advocacy when litigation becomes necessary. His approach centers on early case assessment, precise legal writing, and candid client communication, all aimed at protecting his clients\u2019 immediate interests and positioning them for long\u2011term success.<\/p><p>Miles earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H.\u202fBowen School of Law, where he served on Law Review and was president of the school\u2019s Federalist Society chapter. He holds a B.A. in Technical Communication and Rhetoric from Utah State University, where he also played collegiate lacrosse.<\/p><p>He is admitted to practice in all Idaho state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho.<\/p><p>When not practicing law, Miles enjoys reading fantasy novels, watching sports, and exploring
